Ugh, tell me about it. I've learned to simply walk away from forum posts when they start to get out of hand. I do still sometimes fall into the trap of someone pushing my buttons, though.
Yes, too many flame wars are easy to get sucked into. Next thing you know you are criticizing each other's grammar and spelling rather than actually discussing the points.
